5-Ingredient Protein Freezer Fudge

If you’re anything like me, you love sweets!  I always vouch for eating what you really want to maximize satisfaction, which can prevent overeating and create a healthy relationship with food.

You should never feel guilty for eating sweets, but this Protein Freezer Fudge is a healthy treat, making it a #prettybalanced choice for your lifestyle.

This fudge is rich in protein, heart healthy fats, and is so rich and satisfying!  Not to mention it only takes minutes to prepare.  I cannot wait for you to try it!


½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup creamy natural peanut butter

¼ cup chocolate protein powder

¼ cup coconut or almond flour

½ tsp salt 


  1. Add the honey and peanut butter to a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds and whisk together.

  2. Add the other ingredients, one at a time, folding each in.

  3. Place parchment paper on a small sheet pan and spread the ingredients onto the parchment paper.

  4. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until solid. 

  5. Remove from the parchment paper and cut into bite-size pieces.

  6. Store in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months, and grab one out whenever that fudge craving strikes.
